
The humane being:
Sheer infinite quanta of impulses becoming body, mind; sensation!
A dance of light.
And shadow.
Some days, we long for peace and solitude – to then stumble into chaos, and further into the abstract, asking, where our dreams all went.
When fate challenges, equilibrium often fades.
It’s been likened to walking a tightrope, keeping the being interactive and afloat.
– Quite the deed in a world in which screens are ubiquitous and manifold.
All the tasks waiting and the achievements to be had, tend to sideline our true needs, along with the needs of those we call dear.
When that happens often, we trip.
We find ourselves tense, stressed, confronted by conflict even.
The more things spiral, the less connected we feel.
Shadow then often oozes something juicy, like a sprinkle of shame, which makes empathy for ourselves as well as for others go down the drain.
And yet – however far the human condition seems to have wandered off into strange lands, it never manages to render nature’s beauty and order entirely vain.
The wisdom of body and image is still sitting right there, every step of the way, patiently waiting for us to pay attention to what is.
We can learn to read and trust the clues again.
This is where I come into play.
I walk with you until you can and want to do the tricks on your own.
Together we might go looking for your inner compass, and search for what it is that gives you direction, meaning, joy.
Within the ranges of your inclinations and scope, I offer to accompany you
– in identifying, loosening and transforming the knots and formations that mess with flow and success;
– in weaving safety nets for all tightrope walks of life;
– on your way to becoming a humane being who knows how it feels to be deeply contented, in times of war, and in times of peace.
The methods I use and cherish are: somatically focused active imagination, Internal Family Systems and IFS-informed EMDR, Socratic dialogue, and all things transpersonal and mindfulness tech.
